Hope you all had a great summer and are ready for the cool weather!
I will be in Wien from September 26 - October 4, this time on Austrian Airlines, yeah, no transferring to Hated Heathrow this time!
I saw on the Wien events calendar that the Sand in the City is still up and that the Wien Staats Opera has live video broadcasts of the actual opera on the Herbert von Karajan Plaza. Anyone familiar with this?
Also, the Haught Deutschminster Band stills plays from the Kohlmart to the Hofberg on Saturday mornings, we could all meet at the Sperl and then go watch it!

Hye Idriss and Barbra,
yes, of course, we have to have our movie night. I never heard for anyone, so I am bring the dvd of Bride of the Wind about Alma Mahler. There are a lot of scenes with Klimt and the KLimt villa.
Also, the Austrian Embassy here in DC will show the Klimt movie with John Malkovich from Illinois originally on Sept. 10 at the Embassy. I saw it at the Burg Kino in 2005 and really enjoyed it!
